What to expect after you reach out

Once we receive your message, here is what happens next. Within one business day, we will email you back with a few short questions about your business: roughly how long you have been trading, your approximate annual revenue, and the main thing you want to improve. This helps us prepare for the introductory call.

We will then suggest two or three time slots for a free 20-minute video call. On that call, we will ask about your current challenges and explain how our coaching process works. There is no obligation to sign up. If coaching is not the right fit, we will tell you honestly and, where possible, point you toward a more suitable resource.

If we both agree to move forward, we send a simple coaching agreement by email. You sign it electronically, pay the first month, and we schedule your 90-minute diagnostic call within the following week. The whole process from first enquiry to diagnostic usually takes seven to ten days.

A few things clients often ask before reaching out

Some people hesitate to get in touch because they feel their business is "too small" or their problems are "not serious enough." There is no minimum revenue requirement. If you have been trading for at least a year and you want to improve how your business runs, that is enough.

Others worry about confidentiality. Everything you share with us, from financial data to staffing issues, stays between us. We do not publish case studies or use client names without written permission. Your accountant, your competitors, and your staff will not hear anything from us unless you explicitly ask us to involve them.

If you are not sure whether coaching is right for you, the introductory call is the best way to find out. Twenty minutes, no cost, no pressure. We have had plenty of those calls that ended with "let us revisit this in six months," and that is completely fine.

We look forward to hearing from you.
